DEPORTATION OF ALIENS ORDINANCE.

APPOINTMENT BY THE Governor
(Under section 15).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance, the Governor has appointed the prisons of the Colony and the prison wards of the Govern- ment hospitals in the Colony to be houses of detention for the purposes of that Ordinance and the Commissioner of Prisons to be Superintendent thereof.
