Subsection (1) of section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion in paragraph (2) after the word "the" of the following-

(a) being re-headed "FIRST SCHEDULE"; and
(b) the insertion immediately under the words "Money-
changer" of the following-

6. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition after the Schedule thereto of the following new Schedule-
