Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by- (a) the deletion from paragraph (xviii) of subsection (1) of the words and commas "factories, workshops, breweries, distilleries,''; and
(b) the deletion from paragraph (xix) of subsection (1) of the words and comma "dangerous, unhealthy and".
The heading to sections 6g and 70 of the principal Ordin- ance is deleted and replaced by the following-

"Offensive Trades.".
Section 6g of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from subsection (7) of the words "any dangerous or",

Section 70 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
"Council may pro- bibit domestic occupation
of ofensive trade building. (34 of 1985).
70. (1) The Council may by an order in writing prohibit the occupation for domestic purposes of any building in which any offensive trade, or any danger- ous trade within the meaning of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, 1955, is carried
on.
(a) The owner of any building which is occupied in contravention of the provisions of any order made under subsection (1) shall be deemed to contravene the provisions of this Ordinance.".
7. Sections 61 to 68 inclusive of the principal Ordinance Repeal of and the heading to those sections are repealed.
