Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows →→
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Short title. (Licensing Fees) Ordinance, 1955.
2. (1) Part II of the Second Schedule to the Dutiable Amendment Commodities Regulations is amended by the deletion of
"Accountant General
Publican's Hcence (Form 12)– (a) in the New Territories, except
New Kowloon
