Subsection (2) of section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion between the word "order" in the second place where it occurs and the colon of the following-
(No. 17 of 1964).
"or, if he is a prisoner detained in a mental hospital by virtue of the provisions of subsection (1) of section 13 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1954, and is, in the opinion of the medical practitioner in charge thereof, of unsound mind, he may, in like manner, be similarly detained"".
