Amend- ment of section 18.

Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the addition at the end thereof of the following-
"A copy or extract of any such document certified by the Director to be a true copy or extract thereof shall be, in all legal proceedings, civil or criminal, prima facie evidence as to the facts stated therein. Any such copy or extract pur-, porting to be certified by the Director shall be deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been certified by him."

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, a5 follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Administration of Short title.
Justice (Summary Offences) Ordinance, 1955.
1. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires
"prescribed fine" means the fine specified in the second column
of the First Schedule:
