Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Corporal Punish- Short title, rent (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955-
2. Subsection (1) of section 4 of the Corporal Punishment Amendment Ordinance, 1954, is amended—
of gub-
section
(a) by the deletion from paragraph (b) of the word "sixteen" section 4.
and the substitution therefor of the following-
(1) of
(39 of 1964).
