An Ordinance to amend the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance,
Chapter 240.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Deportation of Short title, Aliens (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.
Section 8 of the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance (here. Amend- inafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the ment of deletion of subsections (3), (4), (5) and (6).
section 8 (Cap. 240).
3. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amend- deletion in the last line of subsection (10) of the figures "51" and the substitution therefor of the following-
