(1) Kui Tak Airport,
The Colonial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that this Council approves the scheme for the development
of Kal Tak airport which is estimated to coat #964 million and is besed on the construction of a single runway and overru 7500 feet long and 700 feet wide resting upon a reclamation of Kowloon Bay.
(2) Bank Notes Issue Ordinance, Chapter 65,
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved pursuant to the proviso to section 5 of the Bank Notes
Issue Ordinance that this Council hereby extends the powers of all the note-issuing banka to make, issue, re-issue and car- culate notes until and including the 12th day of July, 1955.
(3) Supplementary Provisions for the querter ended 31st March, 195
The Financial Secretory to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the Supplementary provisions for the quarter ended
31st March, 1954, as set out ia Bohedule No. 4 of 1953/54. be approved.
(4) Markets (peniment) (No. 2) By-laws, 1954
Mr. H.G. Richards to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the Markets (Amendment) (No. 2) By-laws, 1954, made
by the Urban Council on the 8th day of June, 1954, under section 5 of the Public Health (Pood) Ordinance, Chapter 140, be approved,
(5) The Public Health (Sanitation) (Amendment) Bill, 1954.
Mr. H.G. Richards to move the First reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Public Health
(Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935."
(6) The Imigrants Control (Amendment) Bill, 1974.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-
A Bill intituled : "An Ordinance to amend the Immigrante Control
Ordinance, Chapter 243."
