Mr. H.G. Richarda to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the ergency (Resettlement areas) (amendment) General Rules, 1954, made by the Urban Council on the 27th day of April, 1954, under regulation 10 of the Emergency (Resettlement Areas) Regulations, 1952, be approved.

The Attorney General to move the Tirat reading of :-

A Bill intituled : "Ma Ordinance to amend further the Celluloid

and Cinematograph Film Ordinance, 1923."

(4) The Inland Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 1954.

The Financial Secretary to move the Second reading of :-

A Bill intituled: in Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenue

in the laws of the Colony to a change in the designation of the Crown Agents for the Colonies."

The Police Officers (Special Cases) Pensions Bill, 1954-

The Financial Secretary to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: n Crainance to provide for the grant of a

supplementary pension to certain police officers who on transfer to service in this Colony whilst under military adminiatra tion lost pension rights acquired by service in various county, borough and city police forces in the United Kingdom."
