CHINESE RECREATION GROUND FUND REGULATIONS, 1954.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Ordinance, the Governor

in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Chinese Recreation Citation. Ground Fund Regulations, 1954.

In these regulations-

"Account" means the account "Deposits-Chinese Recreation

Ground Fund" established by regulation 51

"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee of Manage-

ment;

"Commitee" means the Committee of Management appointed

by the Governor under the principal regulations;

"Fund" means the Chinuse Recreation Ground Fund referred to

in regulation 3;

Interpre- tation

"principal regulations" means the regulations contained in the Second Schedule to the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, under the heading (29 of "THE CHINESE RECREATION GROUND, HONG 1986). KONG, AND YAUMATI PUBLIC SQUARE, KOW- LOON.", set forth on pages 203 and 204 of the annual volume of the Ordinances for the year 1936.

3. The Chinese Recreation Ground Fund shall consist of- Chinese

Recreation revenues derived from the Chinese Recreation Ground Ground:

(a) all

(b) any donations and voluntary contributions therein.
