Mining Licence.
LICENCE is hereby granted to (10)

2. This licence shall remain in force for six months from the dale hereof, unless previously cancelled under the provisions of the Ordinance, but unless so concelled may be renewed by the Commissioner of Mines for further terms of dix months each:
Provided that the total period of this licence together with all ro- newals thereof shall not exceed two years, and if the licensee(g) has/have previously held a prospecting licence for the same or substantially the same area, the total period of prospecting and mining under licence shall not extend beyond the said period of two years,
3. This licence is subject to such rentals, fees, royalties, prerniuras and other payments as may be prescribed from time to time by regulations madic under the Mining Ordinance, 1954.
4. This licence confers on the licensec(s) the following rights- (0) to carry out mining operations below the surface of the mining
areat
(b) to enter upon, use and carry out mining operations on the surface
of any Crown land (4) within the said area; and
(e) with the prior consent in writing of the owner and any lawful occupier of any private land (5) within the said area, to enler upon, use and carry out mining operations on the surface thereof.
5. This licence is not transferable and any right or interest conferred by this licence is not assignable except with the prior consent of the Commissioner of Mines.
6. This licence is subject to the provisions of the Mining Ordinance, 1954, and of any regulations made thereunder for the time being in force, and farther is subject to the following terms and conditions—
