MERCHANT SHIPPING EXEMPTION (Trawlers) (No. 3) Order, 1954.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 115(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1953, the Governor in Council bas made the following Order-
f. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Citation. Exemption (Trawlers) (No. 3) Order, 1954-

The trawler specified in the Schedule hereto shall be until Exemption.
Schedule. further notice exempted from the provisions of subsection (1) of section go of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1953: Provided (14 of 1953) nevertheless that no person shall be permitted to act in the capacity of trawling master or trawling engineer for either a specified service or voyage unless he has passed a special examination before the Director of Marine.
