RESOLVED that the Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 14th day of July, 1954, and published in Supplement No. 2 of the Gazette as Notification No. A. go, be amended by the Insertion after the word "grant" in the fourth line thereof of the following-
"whether or not such death occurred prior to the coming into force of this Resolution,
