BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Services Welfare Short title, Association Incorporation Ordinance. 1954.

2. (c) Trustees of the Services Welfare Association shall Incorpora- be appointed under the band of the Commander British Forces

or other officer for the time being commanding the British Forces in Hong Kong,

Lion.
