Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Alien Enemies (Re- Short titla. vesting of Trade Marks) Ordinance, 1954.
1. In this Ordinance-
"new register" and "old register" have the meanings respectively assigned to them by section z of the Trade Marks Register (Reconstruction) Ordinance;
