An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, Chapter 255, and the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953-

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Short title. Tenant (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.
2. Subsection (1) of section 3A of the Landlord and Tenant Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section
3.A. amended by the deletion therefrom of all the words appearing (Cap, 255). after the expression "it is reasonable that", and by the substitution (1953
