Schedula.
2. A sum not exceeding three hundred and eighty-eight million two hundred and sixty-two thousand and fifty dollars shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony for the services of the financial year commencing on the 1st day of April, 1954, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1955, and the said sum so charged may be expended in the manner expressed in the Schedule.
