An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding three hundred and eighty-eight million two hundred and sixty-two thousand and fifty dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1955-

WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1955. has been estimated at the sum of three hundred and eighty- eight million two hundred and sixty-two thousand and fifty dollars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation (1954- Short title. 1955) Ordinance, 1954.
