Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is repealed,
Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by the deletion of the first two lines thereof and the sub-
stitution therefor of the following-
"If after receipt of the documents referred to in subsection (1) of section 86 of the Magistrates Ordin- ance the Attorney General is of opinion that the accused"";
(b) by the deletion from the sixth line of the words "such documents" and the substitution therefor of the following--
9. Section 89 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and Repeal and replaced by the following section-
replace- ment of section
"Filing of 88. When a case has been finally disposed of, the 89. original documents. Registrar shall file in his office or otherwise deal with as the court may direct, all the original documents in that case which have been transmitted to him by the committing magistrate."
B. Any proceeding whatsoever in relation to any person who Saving, stands committed for trial at the commencement of this Ordinance shall be taken as though this Ordinance had not been enacted.

6. Section 12 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the third and fourth lines of subsection (1) of the words "such documents" and the substitution therefor of the following-

Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the
deletion of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of the following subsection-
"(3) The Attorney General shall transmit forthwith copies of any such direction to the Registrar and to the Commis sioner of Prisons, and on receipt of a copy of any such direction, the Registrar shail transmit to the committing magistrate all documents in the case that are in his possession or control.'
7. Section 67 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the fifth line of the words "the Attorney General" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"the Registrar".
