(a) The Trustee shall afford to the Governor facilities for obtaining information with respect to the Fund and functions of the Trustee, and shall furnish him with returns, accounts and other information with respect thereto and afford to him facilities for the publication of information furnished, in such manner and at such time as he may require.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.
* Section 3 of the Urban Council Ordinance is amended-
(a) by the deletion from the third line of subsection (2) of the words "one or other of the two" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"any of the three";
