Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
PART I.
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mining Ordinance, Short title 1954, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed and cam by the Governor by proclamation in the Gazette.
