It is hereby notified that pursuant to section 2 of the Pro- tection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance, 1951, The Governor in Council has declared the undermentioned place to be u place in which females, young persons or children or any of them may be detained for the purposes of, or pursuant to powers contained in, the said Ordinance, namely→
