3. The principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion after section 6, of the following new section-

BA. (1) Every tallyclerk licensed under this Ordin- ance shall, at any time when be is engaged in tallying cargo for the tallying of which a licence is required under this Ordinance, wear an arm-band or badge of a type and in a manner approved by the Director:
Penalty: a fine of fifty dollars.
(a) No person other than a tallyclerk licensed under this Ordinance shall wear an arm-band or badge of the type or similar to the type approved by the Director in accordance with subsection (1): Penalty a fine of two hundred dollars.*

The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the words "Director of Commerce and Industry" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Director of Marine”,
