GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

(1) Societies Ordinance, Chapter 151.

The Attomey General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 26 of the Societies Ordinance, Chapter 151, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the tem of one year with effect from the 1st January, 1954.

(2) Judicial Trustee Rules 1952.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Judicial Trustee Rules, 1955, made by the

Chief Justine on the 9th day of December, 1955, under section 64 of the Trustee Ordinance, Chapter 29, be approved.

(5) Education Officers (Special Qasos) Pensions Regulations, 1955.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolvad, pursuant to the power conferred by section 3(3) of

the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89, that the Education Officers (Special Cases) Pensions Regulations, 1955, be approved,

(4) The "Supplementary Appropriation (1952-55) Ordinance, 1953" BALL.

The Financial Secretary to nove the First reading of :-

A Bill. intituled: "An Ordinance to authorize a supplementary appropriation to defray the charges of the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1955.

(5) The "Compulsory Service (Amendment) Ordinance. 1955" Bill-

The Attorney General to move the first reading of :-

A Bill intituled : "an Ordinance to amend the Compulsory

Service Ordinance, 1951."

(6) The "vehicle and Road Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953" Bill,

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A B111 intituled : "An Ordinance to amend the Vehicle and

Road Traffio Ordinance, Chapter 220.

(7) The "Urban Council (haendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1955" 3111.

Mr. K.M.A. Barnett to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council

Ordinance, Chapter 101.
