(1) Resolution under the Telephone Ordinmcs, 1951.
The Financial Secretary to move the following rosolution :-
Resolved in accordance with subsection (2) of section 29 of the
Telephone Ordinmoc, 1951, that as from the 23rd day of October, 1953, item 1 of Part V of the Schedule to the said Ordinance be sumended by the addition of the word "Shatin" immediately after the words "Taun Wan" appearing in the second line thereof.
(2) The "Asiatic Emigration (Amendment) Ordinanco, 1953" Bill.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of 1-
A Bill intitulod i "An Ordinance to amend the Asiatic Emigration
Ordinance, 1915."
(3) The "Administration of Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance,
1953" Bill.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-
A.Bill intituled r "An Ordinance to amend tho law in respect of
the prorogative writs of mandamus, prohibition and certiorari, to abolish informations in the nature of quo warranto, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid."
(4) The "Registrar General (Establishment) (Amendment) Ordinance,
1953 Bill.
The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A Bill intituled · "An Ordinance further to amend the Registrar
General (Establishment) Ordinance, Chapter 100."
