(1) Construction of the City Hall.
The Director of Public Works to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that this Council is of the opinion that the construction of the City Hall should be undertaken by the Public Works Department in association with Professor Gordon Brom.
(2) Resolution regarding Standortent of Claims and frite-offs of losges and
deficiencies for the Financial Tear 1951-52.
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :
Resolved that the abandonment of claims and write-offs of losses and
deficiencies as specified and explained in Schedule llo. 3 of 1951-52, be approved.
(3) Ordar under Criminal Procedure Ordinance. Chapter 221.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the order made by the Chief Justice on the 11th day of Debruary, 1952 under subsection (2) of section 9 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, Chapter 221, be approved.
