The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the Supplementary Provisions for the quarter ondod
30th September, 1951, na set out in Schedule No. 2 of 1951/52, be approved.
(2) Resolution regarding Abandonment of Claims and Write-offs of losseS
and deficiencies for the Financial Year 1951-52.
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the abandonment of olaiwo and write-offs of losses
and deficiencies as specified and explained in Schedule No. 2 of 1951-52, be approved,
(3) Regulations under Legal Practitioners Ordinance, Chapter 159.
The Attorney General to marve
That the Regulations made by the Chief Justice on the 21st day of
January, 1952, under section 13 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, Chapter 159, be approved,
