DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS, 1940,
It is hereby notified that the Governor in Council has approved Mr. S. Johnson as an "approved person", within the meaning of that expression in Regulation 2 (9) in Part 1 of the Dangerous Goods Regulations, 1940.
