REGULATIONS BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Industrial and Reformatory Schools Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations→

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Reformatory Citation. Schools (Amendment) Regulations, 1952, and shall be read as (Vol. XI, one with the Reformatory Schools Regulations.

18A. (1) The superintendent may grant a boy the privilege of leave of absence from the reformatory regulations. school for a period not longer than 48 hours at any one time.

(2) Any boy granted leave of absence shall be given a pass in writing under the hand of the superin- tendent setting out the period during which the boy is permitted to be absent and the address at which he is to reside during his leave."
