WHEREAS it bath pleased Almighty God to call to His Mercy our late SOVEREIGN LORD KING GEORGE VI of Blessed and Glorious Memory, by whose Decease the Crown is solely and rightfully come to the HIGH AND MIGHTY PRINCESS ELIZABETH ALEXANDRA MARY, WA, ALEXANDER WILLiam George Herder Grantham, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same;
TERENCE AIREY, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Lieutenant-General, Commander, British Forces:
