All that pises or parcel of ground situate, lying and boing at Ho Mun Tin abutting on the north side thereof on a scavenging lane and measuring thereon 108 feet and 4 inches on the south side thereon on Kowloon Inland Lot Na. 1327 and measuring thereon 109 feet and 4 inshes on the east side thereof on Victory Avenue and measuring thereon 137 feet and 7 inches and on the west side thereof on a scavenging lane and measuring thereon 138 feet and 4 inches which said piece or parçel of ground contains in the whole by admeasurement 1580 square feet and is more particularly de- lineated on the plan annexed to the Crown lease thereof and thereon coloured red and is regis- tered in the Land Office as Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1328, together with the messages or dwelling house now erected and known as No. 7 and No. 9 Victory Avende, Kowloon,

All that piece or parcel of ground situate, lying and being at Shaukiwan abolting on or towards the north side thereof on Shaukiwan Road and measuring thereon 20 fest on or towards the south side thereof on a public lane and mesaur- ing thereon 20 feet on or towards the east side thereof on a reserve for a public road and measuring thereon 70 feet and on or towards the west side thereaf on Shaukiwan Lot No. 406 and measuring thereon 70 feet which said picca or parcel of ground contains in the whole by admeasuremont 1400 square feet and is NLOTS particularly delineated the plan annexed to the Crown lease thereof and thercon coloured red and is registered in the Land Office na Shaukiwan Lot No. 307, together with the message erections and buildings thereon known as No. 186, Shaukiwan Road.

and being at the junction of two public (un named) roads near the harbour at Shaukiwan bounded on the north-easterly side thereof by one of the said public (an-named) roads with a frontage thereto of 117 feet and 7 inches on the south-westerly side thereof by a scavenging lane with a frontage thereto of 117 feet and 6 inches on the south-easterly side thereof by the other of the said public (un-named) roads with a frontage thereto of 62 feet and on the north-westerly side thereof by Shaukiwan Inland Lot No. 552 with a frontage thereto of 62 feet which said plece or parcel of ground containing 7288 square feet or thereabouts is more particularly delineated and described on the plan thereof annexed to the Crown lease thereof and thereon coloured pink and is regis- tered in the Land Office as Shaukiwan Inland Lot No. 651, together with the messuage erections and buildings thereon formerly known as No. 66, Hing Man Street.
