Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Miscellaneous short title. Licences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1952.

Section a of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended- Amendment (a) by the addition of the following definition after the of Cap.
definition of "auctioneer"-
"dancing school" means any place opened, kept or used for the purpose of giving instruction in dancing except-
(i) a place of public entertainment licensed as such under the Places of Public Entertainment Regulations Ordinance; or
