All that piece or parcel of ground situate, lying and being at Shadkiwan abutting on or towards the north side thereof an Shaukiwan Rosd and measuring thereon 20 feet on or towards the south side thereof on a public lane and measur- ing thereon 20 feet on or towards the east side thereof on a reserve for a public road and measuring thereon 70 feet and on or towards the west side thereof on Shaukiwon Lot No. 406 and measuring thereon 70 feet which wid pices or parcel of ground contains in the whole by udmeasurement 1400 square feet and is NOT particularly delineated the plan annexed to the Crown lease thereof and thercon coloured red and is registered in the Land Office as Shaukivan Lot No. 397, together with the messuage erections and buildings thereon known as No. 186, Shaukiwan Road.

All that piece or parcel of ground situate, lying and being at the junction of two public (un- named) roads near the harbour at Shaukiwan bounded on the north-easterly side thereof by one of the said public (un-named) roads with a frontage thereto of 117 feet and 7 inches on the south-westerly side thereof by a scavenging Lane with a frontage thereto of 117 feet and 6 inches on the south-easterly side thereof by the other of the said public (un-named) roads with a frontage thereto of 62 feet and on the north-westerly side thereof by Shaukiwan Inland Lot No. 552 with a frontage thereto of 62 feet which said plece or parcel of ground containing 7288 square feet or thereabouts in more particularly delineated and described on the plan thereof annexed to the Crown lease thereof and thereon coloured pink and is regis- tered in the Land Office as Shaukiwan Inland Lot No. 661, together with the messuare erections and buildings thereon formerly known as No. 68, Hing Man Street.
