An Ordinance to amend the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance,
Cap. 114.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Miscellaneous Short title.
Licences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1952.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended

(a) by the addition of the following definition after the of Cap.
definition of "auctioneer".

"dancing school" means any place opened, kept or used for the purpose of giving instruction in dancing except-
() a place of public entertainment licensed as such under the Places of Public Entertainment Regulations Ordinance; or
