HAWKERS ORDINANCE, 1935-
(Ordinance No. 22 or 1935).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Hawkers Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council hereby makes the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Hawkers (Amendment) By-laws, 1951, and shall be read as one with the by-laws contained Citation. in the Schedule to the Hawkers Ordinance, 1935.

2. The principal by-laws are amended by the addition after by-law & under the heading "Class 2-Fixed Pitch Hawkers." Amendment of the following-
"Approved type of ibade.
7. Every licensee may place over the pitch allotted by the Council a collapsible shade of a design and construction approved by the Council provided such shade does not exceed the dimensions following
of the
principal by-laws.

(a) length
(b) width
(c) height-
4 feet; feet:
(i) 4' 6" above ground level on one side; and (ii) 3'6" on the opposite side."
