(2) I am a person to whom the Ordinance does not apply:
(b) I am a person exempted from the provisions of Part II
of the Ordinance;
(c) the obligations imposed by such service would entail
undue hardship for me;
(d) I am physically unfit to perform such service;
(e) 1 could more usefully serve in a body other than that ffor which I have been provisionally selected and am in fact
