4 (1) Subject to the provisions of regulation 3 of these regulations, every British subject of or above the age of seventeen years who is in the Colony at the date of publication of these regulations shall, not later than the first day of February, 1951, make a written application to the Registration Commissioner to be registered under these regulations in the form set out in the Schedule hereto,
(2) Subject to the provisions of regulation of these re gulations, every British subject of or above the age of seventeen years who after the date of publication of these regulations. arrives in the Colony otherwise than as a bona fide traveller in transit through the Colony shall, within fourteen days of his arrival, make a written application as provided in paragraph (1) of this regulation.
5. Upon an application being duly made for registration under regulation 4 of these regulations, the Registration Com missioner shall register the applicant as a person who claims to be a British subject.
Change of 6. Where any person has made application to be registered particulers under these regulations and, subsequent thereto, any change to be notified. occurs in any of the particulars he has supplied to the Registra tion Commissioner under these regulations, such person shail within fourteen days of the occurrence of such change, notily particulars thereof to the Registration Commissioner.

B. (2) Any British subject of or above the age of seventeen years who fails to apply to be registered under regulation 4 of these regulations; or
shall be guilty of an offence against these regulations and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine of five thousand dollars and to imprisonment for two years.
