AND WHEREAS by subsection (2) of section 5 of the principal Ordinance it is provided that the Governor may, at any time before the revised edition is approved pursuant to section 7 of the principal Ordinance, by proclamation make any amendment to the First Schedule to the principal Ordinance;
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the said First Schedule be varied, by the substitution of the Ordinances and Military Proclamations specified in the Schedule to this Proclamation in **the place of the Ordinances specified in the First Schedule to the
principal Ordinance :
NOW THEREFORE I, the said Governor, in exercise of my powers aforesaid proclain and it is hereby proclaimed that the First Schedule to the principal Ordinance be hereby amended by the substitution of the Ordinances and Military Proclamations specified in the Schedule to this Proclamation in the place of the Ordinances specified in the said First Schedule to the principal Ordigance.
