An Ordinance to make provision for the protection of third parties
against risks arising out of the use of motor vehicles.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and congent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Short title. Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance, 1950.
