An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Children's
Playground Association.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Children's Play- Short title. ground Association Ordinance, 1951.
2. In this Ordinance—

"constitution" means the constitution of the Children's Play- ground Association approved from time to time by its members for the time being.

The Association shall be a body corporate and in that corpora- name shall have perpetual succession and shall and may sue and tion. be sued in all courts in the Colony and may have and use a common seal, and may from time to time break, change, alter and make anew the said seal as to the Association may deem fit.
