Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1948.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Transactions Short title. (Enemy Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1951, and shall Ordinance be read as one with the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) No. 34 of Ordinance, 1948, as amended by the Land Transactions (Enemy Ordinance Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, hereinafter referred No. 17 of to as the principal Ordinance.
