DUTIABLE COMMODITIES ORDINANCE, 1931.
(ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council hereby amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance as follows-
AMENDMENT.
Government Notification No. 88g published in the Gusette of 28th November, 1947, is hereby amended by the deletion of the list of fees prescribed at the end thereof, and the substitution of the following therefor
The following fees are prescribed-
1. For every transfer of or substitution or amendment in any licence, not otherwise specified, except a transfer from one person to another

For every transfer of any licence from one person to another, not otherwise specified. $5
For every certificate of the Government Chemist that any denatured spirits are non-dutiable
For goods stored in the Department of Commerce and Industry by permission of the Director

$5. or one- twentieth of the duty on the spirits dena- tured, which- ever is the greater.
$1 per package per day or part of a day.
