By His Excellency Sir ALEXANDER WILLIAM GEORGE HERDER GRANTHAM, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same :
WHEREAS it is provided by section 6 of the Judgmenta (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance, 1921, that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of any part of His Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom for the enforcement within that part of His Majesty's dominions of judgments obtained in the Supreme Court the Governor may by order in council declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in a superior court in that part of His Majesty's dominions in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom and that on any such order being made the said Ordinance shall apply accordingly:
