An Ordinance to provide for the keeping of records of births and deaths, and records of persons missing and believed to have died in consequence of an accident, occurring in any part of the world in, or during a journey in any aircraft registered in Hong Kong; and to provide for the preservation of such records by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

This Ordinance may be cited as the Civil Aviation Short title. (Births, Deaths and Missing Persons) Ordinance, 1950.
