(e) by the deletion in the sixth and seventh lines of subsection (6) of the words “who fails to furnish such list or who furnishes any list" and the substitution therefor of the following-

(6) Section 13 is amended by the repeal of para- graph (2) of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor of the following-
**(z) detain for a period not exceeding four days for further inquiries under this Ordinance any person concerning whom he has reason to believe that such further inquiries should be made:".
(7) Section 14 is amended by the insertion after the words "reasonable amount" in the fourth line of the following

(9) Section 33 is amended-
(2) by the repeal of subsection (1) and the renumbering of subsections (2) and (3) as subsections (3) and (4);
(b) by the addition of the following sub-
sections as subsections (1) and (2)-
**(1) It shall be am offence under this Ordinance to contravene any of the conditions imposed in pursuance of section 15 or any of the following provisions of this Ordin-
ance....
sections 4 to 7:
subsections (1) and (2) of section 9; section 10:
subsections (3) and (4) of section 11; subsection (3) of section 13:
section 18;
sections 23 to 28; sections 31 and 32.
(2) Any regulation made under this Ordinance may provide that a contravention thereof shall be an offence and a person guilty of such an offence shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months unless a lesser penalty is prescribed by such regulation."
