6. Where the Governor in Council is satisfied that, in the event of the benefits of this Ordinance being extend- ed to judgments given in the superior courts of any part of the Commonwealth outside the United Kingdom, subs- tantial reciprocity of treatment will be assured as respects the enforcement in that part of the Commonwealth of judg- ments given in the Supreme Court, he may by order declare that this Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in a superior court in that part of the Commonwealth, in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom, and on any such order being made this Ordinance shall apply accordingly."

Section z is amended by the insertion in the third line of paragraph (d) after the words "Deputy Commissioners," of the following-
"the Assistant Commissioners,”. Sections 4, 7, 18 and 23 are amended by the insertion after the words "Deputy Commissioner" or "Deputy Commissioners' respectively wherever such words occur of the following-
"Assistant Commissioner" or "Assistant Commissioners".
(3) Sections 12 and 13 are hereby repealed.

SECOND COLUMN.
(1) The long title is repealed and replaced by the
following-
"An Ordinance to amend the constitution
of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation."
(2) Section 1 is repealed and replaced by the
following-
"1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ordinance, 1929."
(3) Throughout the Ordinance and the Regula- tions and the Appendices thereto the word "Hongkong" shall be substituted for the words "Hong Kong" wherever the same appear in any definition of or reference to the Bank or to the name of the same and in any such interpretation or reference the definite article "The" shall be included to the intent that the correct legal appellation and corporate name of the Bank shall be "The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation".
(4) Section 5 is amended by the deletion of the words in the tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth lines of subsection (1) from and including the words "with the consent" in the tenth line to and including the words "or of any two of them" in the thirteenth line.
(5) Section 10 is amended-
(a) by the deletion in the first line of sub- section (1) of the figures "1939" and the substitution therefor of the following-
