Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Bhort title. Poisons (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one Ordinance with the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1937, hereinafter 1987. referred to as the principal Ordinance.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by sub- Amendment stituting for the definition of "the board" therein the following of the principal "The Board" means the Pharmacy Board established Ordinance, by this Ordinance;'.
