An Ordinance to amend the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance,
1936.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Defences (Firing Bbort title, Areas) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, hereinafter Ordinance referred to as the principal Ordinance.

Subsection (6) of section 4 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby amended by the addition thereto immediately after of
section (0) the figures "1947" at the end thereof of the following proviso- of section 4
": Provided that practice firing may take place over principal the Port Shelter Range described as Firing Area B in the First Schedule hereto on any day which is not a Wednesday or a Sunday".
