10. Premises shall at all times be kept in a cleanly condition.

12. If in the opinion of a Health Officer a swimming pool has become or is likely to become injurious to health by reason of any structural defect or want of repair or by reason of defective filtration or purification methods, the Council shall cause notice to be sent to the licensee requiring him to remedy such defects and to close the premises for such period as the Council shall Think fit: Provided that if in the opinion of a Health Officer urgent reasons exist for the immediate closure of the premises then the licensee shall comply with the orders of such Health Officer.
13. The Council may revoke or suspend a licence for any swimming pool which is not controlled or maintained in accordance with these by-laws.
14. The Council may in its discretion prescribe the hours for the opening and closing of any swimming bath and the maximum number of persons who may use any such swimming bath at any one time.
15. These by-laws shall not apply to any swimming pool owned or controlled by the Royal Navy, Army or Royal Air Force.
